FO Fridays

Unfortunately I'm only a few hours away from finishing my Choose Your Own Adventure Dragon, a pattern created by Miss Stacey Trock and being used as a FreshStitches CAL, so I am unable to show you my dragon at this time. But I wanted to share with you at least one thing I've created this week!

Remember how I said that I would be making another dishcloth following this pattern, but this time for one of my coworkers? Well here it is! My notes on the pattern can be found in my project page for the first Lacy Mock Cable Dishcloth I made, and if you would like to see more pictures of the second dishcloth, you can click the caption under the picture.

I'm sorry you guys didn't get to see my dragon this week. I'm super excited to share it with you next week though!

If you would like to see more finished objects, head over to Tami's Amis!

    1. Thanks! I originally bought it for a teddy bear sweater, but it found a better use. :)

    1. They aren't cables, they are mock cables. You just need to know how to k2tog and skpo (slip, knit, passover as it is refered to in the pattern. Basically just slip stitch, knit one, and then bind off one stitch). It is super easy! I still haven't learned how to cable. Lol.

And I will be able to show the dragon on Friday. I love how she (I've decided it's a she) turned out, I just need a name yet. Maybe I'll ask in my blog for ideas! :)

  3. I'll bet my AnnaLynn could make one of these washcloths. She's crocheting one right now, so I'll have to put her on this project as soon as she's finished. Looks like a great learning project! What yarn did you use? I know my girl would love that color, too.

    Blessings to you, Jenn! ~Lisa
