Oink, Oink!

As you have probably guessed from the title, I'm working on an Amigurumi Pig!

All I have done so far is part of the body and the tail (progress is slow moving because I'm working on it while I'm at work, so I have to keep stopping when customers come). I really love the pattern so far though (it's a Lion Brand pattern, and I've never had a problem with their patterns before). It's a little ball; what could possibly be more fun than a small pig ball!? I can't wait to finish it!

Right now I'm reading Shakespeare's Othello. I've never read it before, have only read Act 1 so far, and am already in love with it. Shakespeare is such a literary genius.

If you would like to see more works in progress, head on over to Tami's Amis. Another good place to find wips (and the occasional good book to read) is over at Ginny's!

Enjoy your Wednesday!
Jenn

  1. I read Othello a few years ago in a college class ... I can't say anything for fear of spoiling it, but I have vivid memories of my reaction to it!

  3. Shakespeare? Are you reading for a class?

Looking forward to seeing your little pig. :) I'm still plugging away on my new scarf and am almost finished! My daughter has been sick the past two days, so we've spent lots of time together on the sofa watching old Anne of Green Gables videos which has provided some quality knitting time.

    Blessings! ~Lisa
